Monitoring Centre is Able to Offer Assistance in Over 170 Languages

We will ensure our records list the language that you would like the interpreter to speak. When an activation call is made, an interpreter will be contacted where they will relay the response to our monitoring station so we can take the appropriate action.

The process may add some additional time to the response time, and used only when necessary.

Units are shipped out from our head office at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. We pay for the shipping costs most anywhere in Canada.

Installation

All units are preprogrammed at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and shipped out with our easy to use installation guide. We are available during regular office hours to assist you with the set up.

If you are in the Halton area, we have dedicated volunteers that are happy to come out and install the unit for you.

Connect Care’s range of sensors send alarm calls to our monitoring center once the a button is pressed, or a sensor is activated. A simple press of the button worn on the wrist or neck will get you help when needed. The button is waterproof and can be worn in the bath or shower. Included with our ConnectCARE System.


Automatic Fall Detector

For individuals who have had a previous fall or are at risk of falling. This device can automatically detect a fall and contact our monitoring centre. Help can also be activated by pressing the fall detector button. This sensor is water proof and can be worn in the bath or shower.

Having a secure lock box ensures immediate emergency entry, and prevents costly forced entry damage to doors and windows. It increases efficiency in getting you help when you need it.


A lock box attaches to your door handle and holds your key.
