The button can be worn either around the neck or on the wrist. Once the button is pressed, a call is initiated directly to our 24-hour monitoring centre.

Our trained operators will speak with you through the two-way unit speaker. With or without voice contact, help will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

The button is water resistant, providing safety and security anywhere in the home including the shower or bath.
