Connect Care uses Tunstall, the worlds leading provider of Personal Emergency Response Service and tele care solutions. They are specifically designed to protect people living in their own homes or in independent and assisted living facilities. We carry the very latest in Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS).

The units can raise an alarm call from anywhere in the home by simply pressing the pendant or the large red button on the Caresse Base Unit itself. Calls are immediately sent to our professional monitoring centre, where appropriate action will be taken to get your clients the help they need. The caller's details are displayed on the screen at our 24 hour monitoring centre. Because our base unit has a powerful loud speaker and sensitive microphone, handsfree two-way communication can be established between the user and the monitoring centre operator. Even if your client is unable to speak, immediate action will be taken.

Our family of products can also provide additional peace of mind and reassurance by choosing any other of our wide range of products. These include automatic fall detectors, motion detectors, flood detectors and our widely used CookStop for preventing cooking fires. The sensors can easily be added to the base unit, through the use of a plug and play technology, enabling easy installation without the need for specialist knowledge.

Integrity and Exceptional Service

All intelligent base unit has the capability to notify us when the device needs attention.

  • The battery life of the unit is 5 years and we will be alerted 2 months before that it is time to change the battery.
  • The unit also allows your client to answer the telephone remotely by pushing the red button when the phone is ringing, thus,  preventing your client from risking a fall when rushing to answer it.
  • Service is continued, even with a power outage or if a black out occurs
  • Should a power outage or blackout occur, the intelligent base unit has a back up battery system that will notify our monitoring centre. This will work with analog telephone services only.
